Jennifer Tremblay was born and raised in New Hampshire. She attended the University of Vermont, where she majored in Biology, with minors in Chemistry and Archaeology, and graduated with honors in 2001. After working for several years, she returned to school to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Keene State College in 2011, again graduating with honors. She is currently attending James Madison University, where she is pursuing her MFA in Studio Art with a focus on Photography. While her style varies from straight documentary to abstraction, her work generally deals with science and human behavior, questioning the motives behind our actions and how we interact with the world.
